Filter Element and transmission components. It is automatically cleaned and discharged by the transmission motor and electric valve. The operation mode is automatic operation (or manual operation), and it has pressure difference or timed automatic sewage discharge function.
When the water flows through the filter, mechanical impurities in the water are intercepted by the filter element. When the accumulated impurities on the surface area of the filter element increase to a certain extent, cleaning and sewage can be carried out according to the timed method or pressure difference method. The entire cleaning and sewage process does not require personnel operation or shutdown, ensuring the safety and reliability of the water outlet in any situation.
Precautions for using fully automatic self-cleaning filters
1. The maximum temperature that the electrical components of the host can withstand when the equipment operates under a pressure of 1.0 or 1.6 MPa,
2. When selecting equipment, consideration should be given to the consistency between the water volume and the flow rate in the parameter table;
3. When installing the equipment, it should be installed in a bypass mode to meet the maintenance needs of the equipment without stopping the machine.
