The backwash filter should be stored in a dry, constant temperature place with small temperature and humidity differences, in a clean, dry, and well ventilated environment.   3. The backwash filter must be installed indoors. The installation site has sufficient lighting and is not allowed to store equipment, debris, etc. unrelated to the installation. Attention should be paid to keeping them away from fire sources, moisture-proof and rainproof, and avoiding direct sunlight and other strong light. Before running, it should be checked before starting up.   4. The backwash filter must be installed at the outlet of the pump, and a check valve must be installed at the outlet of the filter to prevent damage to the fine filter screen caused by instantaneous negative pressure and back pressure in case of sudden water shutdown.   5. The equipment is equipped with a time automatic cleaning function. During maintenance and cleaning, the power should be cut off to avoid personal injury or electric shock hazards caused by the automatic operation of the equipment.   6. Before the backwash filter is shut down for a long time, it is necessary to thoroughly clean the fine filter screen with fresh water to avoid microbial sludge blocking the mesh and affecting reuse. The particle size distribution of impurities is mostly in the range of 0-100um. This impurity can easily block the pore size of the filter medium. It is easy to form a filter cake layer on the surface of the filter medium in a short period of time, and a few impurities will pass through the surface of the filter material and block the inner holes of the filter element* As a result, the filtration area of the filter material sharply decreased, and the flow rate decreased in a short period of time, and the pressure difference also quickly increased. .
