Super stainless SD static mixer

The mixing unit of the Super Stainless Sd Static Mixer type Static Mixer is composed of vertically intersecting blades, and multiple units are connected to form D-shaped units, forming a staggered multi chamber state. This design is particularly suitable for high viscosity media with small flow rates and impurities or viscosity ≤ 103 CP. The inline plastic static mixer can be used for emulsification, and during the process, it can disperse the droplets to 10um, which is used for the non-uniformity coefficient in general mixing processes. The PVC static mixer is suitable for mixing, reaction, absorption, injection molding, color matching, heat transfer, and other processes in sectors such as chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical, food, fine chemical, environmental protection, synthetic fibers, and mining.
