The Zhuo Nuo ZSJ-SM metal powder sintered Filter element is made of 316 low-carbon stainless steel powder sintered in an inert atmosphere using Zhuo Nuo's proprietary process. Before sintering, the metal powder is extruded without the use of adhesives or other substances. The innovative coating technology has a larger flow rate compared to traditional Filter Cartridges, and due to the use of surface filtration, it effectively reduces the number of blowbacks and greatly extends the service life. The patent for welding the filter element greatly improves the strength of the filter element and reduces the harm caused by the breakage of a single filter element to the entire equipment.

Characteristics of ZSJ-SM Metal Powder Sintered Filter Element Products
1. Materials
The metal powder sintered porous filter element uses various metals such as stainless steel, nickel alloy, titanium alloy, iron aluminum alloy, Ni Cu alloy, Ni Cr Fe alloy, Hastelloy alloy, etc. as raw materials. The metal sintered filter element maintains the corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance characteristics of these metals themselves.
Metal powder sintered filter elements can serve high-temperature gas environments up to 1050 ℃, as well as various acid, alkali, salt solutions, and reducing and oxidizing atmospheres. They can handle various difficult to deal with gas and liquid materials under extremely wide chemical conditions.
Unlike non-metallic sintered filter cartridges, when the filter cake on the surface of sintered metal powder filter cartridges reaches a certain thickness, due to its high-strength performance characteristics, the filter cartridge can be cleaned by backwashing or blowing back with a certain reverse pressure, so that the filter cartridge can be reused.
