For applications requiring a multi-layer approach to magnetic separation, the Multi layer drawer Magnets offer a robust solution. These separators are suitable for free-flowing products and feature one or two rows of magnetic bars, staggered one above the other, ensuring that the product always passes very close to one or more magnets. This design is ideal for capturing a wide range of magnetic contaminants.

Cleaning
When the unit requires cleaning, simply remove the outer grid securing tri-cone
locking nuts and remove the grid from the housing. Remove the central tri-cone
locking nut and separate the grid assembly allowing all attracted contamination to
simply fall away.
