During the transportation of fluids, the mixing ratio is often affected by the uneven pressure of each fluid flow. In order to better cooperate with users in using static mixers, our company has recently developed the SQ type distributor, which has the performance of a Super Duplex ZQM-SQ jet mixer. Under the condition of ensuring secondary flow rate, the outlet pressure of the material reaches the required pressure. The SQ type distributor, which is also known as a food hygiene grade jet mixer, consists of a nozzle, a receiving chamber, a mixing chamber, a diffusion chamber, etc.

The main flow passes through the nozzle and forms a low pressure at the conical inlet at its high speed, causing the secondary flow to be drawn into the receiving chamber and accelerated. This design is similar to the principle of a welded jet mixer, ensuring a robust and efficient mixing process. The high vortex in the mixing chamber, which is made from carbon stainless materials to ensure durability and resistance to corrosion, sprays out at a certain speed from the diffusion chamber. This allows the fluid to be smoothly transported to the Static Mixer for mixing and achieving the best performance.

Product application

Suitable for feeding two or more streams of fluid. When the pressure between the main and secondary streams is unbalanced, a Venturi tube distributor is used. When the pressure between the main and secondary streams is balanced, a general distributor is used.
