ZRB Basket Filter is a small equipment used to remove small amounts of solid particles from liquids, ensuring fluid purity and system integrity. It is primarily composed of a connecting pipe, main cylinder, flange, flange cover, Filter basket, and fasteners. The filter basket, which can be a Stainless steel Basket Strainer or a Basket Strainer With Stainless Steel, plays a crucial role in this process.

The main cylinder houses the filter basket, which is designed to capture impurities as the fluid flows through. When the fluid enters the filter basket with a certain specification, its impurities are blocked by the fine mesh of the basket, which can be a high-quality Duplex Basket Strainers for double the filtration effectiveness. The clean fluid then passes through the filter basket and is discharged from the filter outlet, maintaining the purity of the liquid in circulation.

For maintenance and cleaning, the process is straightforward. When cleaning is required, close the inlet and outlet valves of the equipment to prevent fluid flow. Then, unscrew the bottom discharge port of the equipment to drain any residual liquid inside the cylinder. Next, remove the fasteners of the equipment flange cover to access the filter basket. Take out the Stainless steel basket strainer, clean it thoroughly to remove any accumulated debris, and then reinstall it, ensuring a tight seal with the flange cover.

This maintenance procedure helps to prolong the life of the ZRB basket filter and ensures continuous operation with minimal downtime. The use of high-quality materials like stainless steel in the construction of the basket strainer adds to the durability and corrosion resistance of the equipment, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial applications.
