The G03 series scraper filter is a new generation of mechanical self-cleaning filters independently developed by Zhuono, which has reached the world's leading technological level. Unlike recoil type self-cleaning water filters, scraper filters are not only used for water filtration, but are also widely used for self-cleaning filtration of viscous materials such as solvents, acid-base liquids, polymers, and coatings. They have higher efficiency, an accuracy range of 30-1500 microns, and can handle liquids with viscosity up to 800000 CP. They are used in industries such as water treatment, petrochemicals, metallurgy, power, fine chemicals, coatings, inks, papermaking, food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, and metal processing.
The G03 series scraper filter is fully automatic in operation, with high filtration accuracy and stable and reliable performance. It is a cost-effective choice to replace traditional manual filters or the use of discarded filter media filters. operational principle
The working principle of the Zerru mechanical cleaning filter is very simple: a Filter Screen (2) is installed in a cylindrical stainless steel shell (1). When the unfiltered liquid enters the shell through the inlet (3). Solid impurities are filtered out and deposited on the inner surface of the filter screen. Finally, the filtrate flows out from outlet (4). When the filter needs to be cleaned (depending on time, pressure difference, or manual selection), a spring tightened cleaning plate continuously scrapes the inner surface of the filter back and forth to remove solid impurities that have accumulated. But when the debris separates from the gaps in the filter screen, the cleaning plate sends the dirt into the bottom of the housing (6) and discharges the filter through the flow channel (7).
