Brush type self-cleaning filter

The Zhuo Nuo ZSF series is a fully automatic self-cleaning Filter suitable for harsh environments, and can be equipped with filters ranging from 3500 microns to 50 microns for different usage requirements. This series includes the Brush type self-cleaning filter, Self-cleaning filter with brush, Self-cleaning brush filter, and Auto self cleaning filter, all designed to meet various filtration needs in different industrial settings.

The self-cleaning process of the filter is initiated by a pressure differential switch or pressure sensor that constantly monitors the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the filter. When the pressure differential reaches the preset value of 0.5 bar (7 psi), the self-cleaning cycle is automatically activated. This feature is common across all types of filters in the ZSF series, including the Auto self cleaning filter and Self-cleaning brush filter, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.

The Brush type self-cleaning filter and Self-cleaning filter with brush utilize brushes to dislodge and remove accumulated debris from the Filter Screen, maintaining flow rates and extending the life of the filter elements. The Self-cleaning brush filter, in particular, is designed for applications where high levels of particulate matter are expected, providing efficient cleaning without interrupting the flow of the process fluid.

operational principle
When the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the filter reaches the preset value, the filter will start a self-cleaning process, which includes two steps: open the drain valve located on the upper end cover of the filter; The motor drives the two stainless steel brushes inside the main filter to rotate, and the impurities captured by the filter are brushed down by the steel brush and discharged from the drain valve. The entire cleaning process takes about 15-60 seconds to clean
The washing system does not cut off flow, and the entire operation process of the filter is controlled by a randomly equipped control box.
