Super Duplex Precision filter

Zerru ZSJ Precision (Security) Filter Series has a shell made of high-quality stainless steel, and the Filter Element uses molded filter material (polypropylene fiber melt-blown or wire-wound honeycomb). Under the action of pressure, the original liquid passes through the filter material, the filter residue remains on the filter material, and the filtrate flows out through the filter material, which can effectively remove impurities, sediments, suspended matter, and bacteria in the water, thereby achieving the purpose of filtration.

The Super Duplex Precision filter is a high-performance filtration solution. It is housed in a Cartridge filter housing, specifically a Stainless steel cartridge housing, known for its durability and corrosion resistance. This system is often expanded to a Multi cartridge filter housing for larger-scale filtration needs, providing efficient and reliable contaminant removal.

Product Overview
Precision filters are usually installed before pressure vessels to remove fine particles with a turbidity of more than 1 degree to meet the requirements of subsequent processes for inlet water; sometimes they are also installed at the end of the entire water treatment system to prevent fine particles from entering the finished water. Precision filters are mostly made of stainless steel as the outer shell, with filter elements (such as PP cotton) installed inside. They are mainly used after multi-media pre-treatment filtration and before membrane filtration equipment such as reverse osmosis and ultrafiltration. They are used to filter out fine substances (such as tiny quartz sand, activated carbon particles, etc.) after multi-media filtration to ensure the water filtration accuracy and protect the membrane filtration elements from damage by large particles. Precision filter elements are installed in precision filtration devices. Different filtration accuracies are selected according to different occasions to ensure the accuracy of the water output and the safety of the subsequent membrane elements.
