operational principle
Filtering mode: The liquid to be filtered enters the bottom of the filter through the inlet flange 3, and about 50% of the liquid to be filtered enters the top of the filter through the middle riser 4, and then goes down through the filter element 5; Pass the bottom half of the liquid upwards through filter element 6. The liquid flows through the gap 7 of the filter element after filtration
The clearance of the filter can reach up to 25 microns.

Backwashing mode: During backwashing, the Filter Cartridges are cleaned one after another without interrupting the filtration process. The drive motor drives the flushing arm 1 to rotate, while at the same time, the drain valve 11 opens. The pressure drop generated inside the filter element (system pressure versus atmospheric pressure) will cause the water flowing through the filter element to flow in the opposite direction, thereby flushing out the organic and inorganic particles trapped in the filter element. When the pressure at the outlet of the filter is less than 2 kilograms or contains impurities that are difficult to clean, an external auxiliary medium interface can be installed at the top of the filter. Backwashing is triggered by the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the filter (pressure difference monitoring device 9) or by a modifiable time interval.
