Filter -Double is designed to excel in such conditions. This unit contains a high-strength magnetic grille that is easy to clean, a feature also found in the Magnetic Drawer-In-Housings. The grille is produced around a food grade seal by a three cone locking nut that ensures uniform pressure, which is a characteristic shared by the High intensity magnetic grid separator and Magnetic drawer separators.
It is common to install many units throughout the entire processing facility to ensure that pollutants are removed at the source of generation. The ZMC-D Magnetic easy clean filter -Double, along with other models like the Magnetic Drawer-In-Housings, are often used for this purpose. All dry powder and granular materials can be processed through this unit. Electrical safety interlocks can be installed on the grid to stop the process unexpectedly opened, which is a safety feature that is integral to the design of the ZMC-D Magnetic easy clean filter -Double and other separators such as the High intensity magnetic grid separator and Magnetic drawer separators.

Cleaning
When the unit requires cleaning, simply remove the outer grid securing tri-cone
locking nuts and remove the grid from the housing. Remove the central tri-cone
locking nut and separate the grid assembly allowing all attracted contamination to
simply fall away.
